The Diet Game provides a month of practice meal plans to assist you in your new way of eating – to help you along on your journey. This is not meant to be a short-term diet but rather a teaching tool (a game!) for you to finally learn how to eat well for the rest of your life. Some meal plans may work better for you than others. Repeat those days as often as you wish. Pay attention to what you are eating and how it makes you feel.
The meal plans must be reasonable for you. Use them to guide yourself. If you desire an occasional cookie or piece of cake it’s important for you to allow yourself that. It’s more important for you to think about eating those foods moderately when you do – but to not deprive yourself of them completely. I want you to succeed so please don’t forget that you’re a human being! The Diet Game 2 includes many delicious, filling, low-calorie, healthy, fast and easy-to-prepare recipes, as well as a discussion of natural ways of controlling conditions such as high cholesterol and hypertension that you may not know about.
You need to find a way to be comfortable with your new eating habits. What do you truly want for yourself? How many times have you started a diet only to succumb to temptation and never really reach your goal? The thinking can never stop or you will be back at the beginning with that feeling of disappointment. Believe me, because I have had to do the same thing; in fact, I continue to struggle and work hard every single day to make the right food choices. Sometimes it isn’t easy. But it is worth it and YOU are worth it. Yes, we have constant temptation while dining out or food shopping, however, there are always better choices available. Food should not be treated differently than other decisions you have made for certain beliefs you have. You will feel better about yourself because you will have accomplished a goal, you will be looking great, feel a lot healthier and have a higher quality life.
I believe that anyone can make changes, and that includes you! I will help to motivate you and show you easier ways to make food choices – while enjoying your meals at the same time. The miracle occurs when you take your life into your own hands and fight for it! Don’t surrender to temptation. You’re smarter and stronger than that: I know you are! What you need to do is find a place where food can be enjoyed without deadly consequences. I have found that place and I want to share it with you.
