1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
1 small onion, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1 teaspoon cumin (or to taste)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Hot sauce to taste (Tabasco is lower sodium)
1/2 lime (squeeze juice)
Mash avocados and add diced onion and diced tomato. Add spices to taste and dig in with some baked tortilla chips (serving: 15 chips per person).
